Banny K. Molosiwa
Chairperson

Appointed as the ODC Board Chairperson in December 2014. Ms Molosiwa is currently the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Nationality, Immigration and Gender Affairs. Most recently Banny worked at the National Strategy Office, (Office of the President)and prior to that, as the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry (formerly Ministry of Trade and Industry). Ms Molosiwa holds a Master’s Degree in Development Economics from the Institute of Social Studies at The Hague in the Netherlands. She previously served on a number of boards including; Botswana Development Corporation Ltd, Botswana Investment & Trade Centre, Bank of Botswana, Botswana Housing Corporation, Water Utilities Corporation & Selebi Phikwe Economic Diversification Unit.

Dr Khaulani Fichani
Chairman of the Remuneration Committee

Dr Khaulani Fichani is a Lecturer in Mining & Mineral Engineering in the Faculty of Engineering and Technology at the University of Botswana. He has over 25 years’ experience in the mining sector with the bulk of these at the Ministry of Minerals, Energy and Water Resources where he rose to the rank of Chief Minerals Officer. He also worked as Principal Mining Economist with the De Beers Group Services in Johannesburg. Dr. Fichani holds a B.A.Sc. in Mining and Mineral Process Engineering from the University of British Columbia, an MS in Mineral Economics from the Colorado School of Mines and a Ph.D. in Natural Resource Economics from West Virginia University.

Dr. Fichani is a Director in the Board of BCL Limited and Chair of the Technical Committee, and a member of both the standards and professional assessment committees of the Engineers Registration Board.

Kabelo Ebineng
Chairman of the Audit Committee

Mr Kabelo Ebineng is a Business Consultant with over 30 years' worth of private sector and entrepreneurial experience, 20 of which was at a Chief Executive Officer level. He is a Chartered Management Accountant (FCMA), and holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Cape Town, Graduate School of Business. Currently he serves as the Chairperson of the Botswana Country Coordinating Mechanism/Global Fund for HIV/TB and Malaria. In addition he serves on several company boards, including Fedics Botswana (Pty) Ltd and Smart Partnership Enterprises (Pty) Ltd.

Cornelius Dekop

Mr Cornelius Dekop is the Deputy Permanent Secretary, Botswana Ministry of Finance and Development Planning. He has more than 25 years of experience in economic planning and public policy formulation and development. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Botswana and a Masters in Development Economics from Williams College in the USA. Mr Dekop has also acquired professional skills in executive leadership, public-private partnerships and negotiation. Mr Dekop has served as Director in different boards of some Public Enterprises and Parastatals. Most recently he served as an Alternate Executive Director of the Boards of the African Development Bank and the African Development Fund.

Matlhogonolo Mponang

Ms Matlhogonolo Letsopa Mponang (nee Mogapi), is currently the Deputy Executive Director- Corporate Services of the Botswana Accountancy College. She is a seasoned professional who has worked across industry with prevalent experience in the Organisational Development and Effectiveness space. Ms Mponang holds a B.Sc., Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh, PA, USA. She has served as the Chairman and Trustee Member of the Botswana Water Utilities Corporation Pension Fund; Trustee Member of the BOMAID Board of Trustees;  Deputy Chairman and Council Member of the Westwood International School Council and is currently a Trustee Member of the Pula Medical Aid Fund.

Naledi Stella Moroka

Ms Naledi Stella Moroka is the Secretary of Legislative Drafting at the Attorney General’s Chambers. After obtaining her LLB Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Botswana Ms Moroka joined the Attorney General’s Chambers, Legislative Drafting Division. She holds a Masters Degree in Legislative Drafting from the University of the West Indies and has 21 years’ experience in legislative drafting. Within the  21 years of her career, she has been on attachment to the Office of Attorney General, Republic of Ireland and has been seconded to the National Assembly as Parliamentary Counsel. Ms Moroka is also a Member of the Commonwealth Association of Legislative Counsel; Member of the Commonwealth Secretariat Specialist Pool of Experts for the Rule of Law and the Member of the National Coordinating Committee on Financial Intelligence.
